Doing business in Qatar
There’s a very specific way to do business in an Arabic culture, like the one in Qatar.
It demands patience, determination and smart investing. Before your expansion plans have been fully worked out, it’s
important to think about whether or not your product and/or service actually matches the needs of Qatar.
Business Safari
You are able to find out what Qatar is all about during an orientation visit. Within the Business Safari program you get to know all aspects of Qatar so you can figure out what your business opportunities truly are.
Would you rather take a trip to Qatar with a more specified subject surrounding your product? askMrsQ can help you with a tailor-made program for your visit.
askMrsQ organizes unique Business Safaris 3 times a year around the themes that offer specific opportunities for Dutch SMEs in Qatar.
The Business Safari’s are led by businesswoman Jacqueline Kruithof.
It is her extensive experience and knowledge of Arabic business that makes this trip unique in comparison with the regular trade missions.
The next step: a proper preparation market research
As a follow-up to the Business Safari, a targeted step-by-step plan will be drawn up in collaboration to approach the Qatar market. During the subsequent market research, the first local presentations are given and the network is established.
Current opportunities and projects are mapped. The feedback makes it clear whether local adjustments are needed. The result of this phase is the input to be able to draw up a concrete business plan.
Treebuilders has been introduced locally and has already taken the first steps in Qatar.
Local representation
Being visible and available locally is one of the most important requirements for successful business. As a ‘running-mate’, askMrsQ represents Dutch entrepreneurs to give substance to the actions they need.
Jacqueline Kruithof currently supports a number of Dutch entrepreneurs with local projects.
The greatest challenge for her is to make that needed commercial local connection, to maintain it and guide it to a success!
Special Edition Business Safaris are organized around a number of important trade fairs and conferences:
